‘Citizen Cajun’ Hot and Very Hot mango-habanero salsas recently took four top places in the annual Hot Pepper Awards sponsored by thehotpepper.com.  This brings the number of national awards in three national fiery foods contests to nine for 2009, the first year of operation for Big Orson’s Sauce and Salsa Factory, Inc.

‘Citizen Cajun’ Very Hot and hot placed both First and Second, respectively, in the Fruit Salsa category.  Additionally, ‘Citzen Cajun’ Very Hot placed Second in the Extra Hot Salsa category and ‘Citizen Cajun’ Hot took Second in the Hot Salsa category.
